Another aspect of the 'Over the Top' approach which I prefer over several of the larger roofing companies in town is that Keith takes a 'hands on approach' to running his jobs and crew and the results are readily apparent. We have never had a roof leak, Our Valleys and Hips are as straight as can be and the few 'minor' pick up items at the end of the job were completed promptly.
Over the past several years Over the Top Roofing has installed over a dozen new roofs for my Company.
One of the most challenging aspects of being a homebuilder is finding dependable subcontractors who are capable of producing a quality roof within a short time frame and for an affordable price.
