In 1997 Keith Eppler and Sam Laskaris established Over The Top Roofing and Construction in Eugene, Oregon. Together they established a good reputation for doing exceptional jobs, while paying careful attention to detail. Keith bought out Sam in 2000, when Sam decided to explore other avenues.
Over The Top Roofing and Construction primarily does residential and some small commercial, and on occasion large commercial buildings. The jobs range in size from a pump house in the back yard, to a three story office building.
